What travelers say
A snapshot of guest ratings and stories behind the stay.
“I had a great stay in a very quiet area, only minutes from trams to the centre and only minutes away from Museum Square. The room was warm, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.”
“I can’t understand why this place has so many bad reviews. Location is really convenient, 2’ from tram. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Moreover, Anastasia from the reception, is super helpful and kind. She helped me with my luggage, gave me info for the city and always with a smile. Compared to the prices of Amsterdam, this place is so vfm. I will be back soon”
“Second XO hotel i have stayed at in Amsterdam. The location is great. Clean, fresh, friendly. Double rooms can be quite small but im just there to sleep not hang out. We also had a triple room and space was fantastic. Will definitely stay again.”
“The rooms are small we had twin beds which were very close together. The room was clean had a kettle and safe. The bathroom has heated floors which was a added bonus. And reception was very nice. Its close to trams, markets and major museums. Only con was rooms could use a little remodel and ladies turn on shower before stepping in because of the rain shower head. They do have a hand held you can use. Water does leak through onto the floor because of the way the doors are made.”
